Caregivers often take care of family members who are elderly, sick, physically or mentally disabled or someone who has lost their ability to take care of themselves due to accidents. Most often the caregiver’s own emotional/physical health conditions are neglected.  This workshop will provide basic coping strategies to help you understand your situation and how to reduce the daily stress.
